How is this different from our membership software?
Membership software is built for your staff: records, dues and events. Symvica does that too, and also gives your members their own tools: connecting with the people they meet, keeping in touch, recommending each other, and helping their businesses get found and referred. Members have a reason to open it between events, not just when an invoice arrives.
Is it our brand or yours?
Yours. Your site carries your name, colors and logo, and the emails your members get come from your organization's name and reply to your email.
Can we bring our members over from the system we use now?
Yes. Export your member companies and their reps to a spreadsheet and import them. You match the columns and preview the result, and nobody is emailed.
Do our members have to pay anything?
No. Every member gets a free profile and the networking tools. Members who want more, like follow-up automation, branded cards or their own business community, can upgrade, and your organization earns 20% of their subscription.
Can our staff have different levels of access?
Yes. Owners and admins manage everything; finance staff handle billing; events staff run events; view-only staff can see but not change.
